An introduction to ConnectorsConnectors are used to join ball chain together to make endless loops. We have a range of connectors in a variety of different finishes and sizes to match our complete ball chain range.
|Materials: Brass, Stainless Steel, Plastic, Mild Steel|
Finishes: Bright brass, Nickel free (R3 & R6 connectors), Nickel Plate
|Connector Size||Length A||Length B||Chain size|
|R3||3/8"||9.6mm||1/8"||3.2mm||No. 2/ No. 3|
|R10||17/32"||13.5mm||1/4"||6.4mm||No. 8/ No. 10|
|These are used in joining ball chain to sanitary assemblies such as nut and stays to enable the chain to be used as a plug.|
|Part no.||Length (A)||Diameter (B)||Hole Size (C)||Used on chain size|
|N8||3/8"||10.0mm||19/64"||7.5mm||11/64"||4.5mm||No. 7/ No. 8|
|N10||7/16"||13.5mm||5/16"||8.0mm||13/64"||5.0mm||No. 8/ No. 10|
|Similar to ‘N’ connectors these connect ball chain to a variety of different assemblies and applications.|
|Open beads are attached to the ends of chain lengths to act as a stopping device.|
These allow the chain to be used in blind controls and other mechanical systems and prevent the chain from being completely pulled through the system.
